We automatically collect certain technical information, including:
- Device information (device type, operating system, app version)

- Error logs and crash reports (for debugging and improving the app)
2.4 Voice Data
If you choose to use voice input for trade check-ins:
- Voice recordings are processed locally on your device using Apple's Speech Recognition API
- Voice data is converted to text on your device before being sent to our servers
- We do not store or transmit raw voice recordings
- Only the transcribed text is sent to our AI service for analysis

4.1 Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may access your data:
- RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to manage subscription purchases and payments on iOS. RevenueCat processes subscription transactions through Apple's App Store and manages subscription status. RevenueCat's privacy policy can be found at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy.
- Apple: For iOS users, subscription payments are processed through Apple's App Store using In-App Purchases. Apple processes payment information and subscription transactions. Apple's privacy policy applies to this service and can be found at https://www.apple.com/privacy/. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.
- Google Gemini API: We use Google's Gemini AI to generate analysis and feedback based on your check-in data. Your check-in information (feelings, trade rationale) is sent to Google Gemini for processing. Google's privacy policy applies to this service and can be found at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
4.2 Data Sharing Policy
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We only share your data:
- With third-party service providers (listed above) as necessary to provide the service
- When required by law or to comply with legal obligations
- To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users
- In connection with a business transfer (merger, acquisition, etc.)

Your data is stored locally on your device. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information:
- All data transmission is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS
- Data stored on your device is protected by your device's security features
- We use industry-standard security practices for data transmission
- Check-in data sent to our AI service is processed securely and not stored long-term
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
Your data is primarily stored locally on your device. We retain minimal data (check-in information sent to our AI service for analysis) only as long as necessary to provide the service. You can delete your local data at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing app data. You can request deletion of any data we may have by contacting us at impulseaiappteam@gmail.com.
7. Your Rights and Choices
You have the right to:
- Access: Request access to your personal information
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Deletion: Request deletion of your data (you can also delete local data by uninstalling the App)

Impulse AI is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
